I can't say enough good things about Bruce and Cameron DeAragon. They are longtime Carpinteria residents who have a deep knowledge of the local real estate market. We started looking for a home in 2017, unsure whether we could afford a house, so were checking out condos as well. Cameron and Bruce spent countless hours with us, alerting us to new listings and arranging for showings. They were patient, thorough, and conscientious in dealing with our requests and logistical issues (we were living hundreds of miles apart, and could only "meet in the middle" in Carp on weekends). When we found a neighborhood we liked, they actually made cold calls and went door to door to see if anyone was considering selling! Talk about Above and Beyond...! Their connections and efforts paid off, when they heard from another agent about an upcoming trustee sale. We were able to see the house and make an offer before it went on the MLS! We are thrilled with our new home, though it needed--and still needs--a lot of work. Again the DeAragons came through for us, introducing us to local painters, plumbers, tile and flooring experts, etc. In summary, if you are daunted by the tight real estate market in our beautiful area, you couldn't do better than to enlist the services of Bruce and Cameron DeAragon.
